Dunkin’ Donuts

Is it part of the job description to fuck up my order every single time? 2 stars only for convenience. I think they’re gimmick to completely stress you out so that you’re forced to order more coffee.

Standard DD experience. Nothing new, smaller donuts for higher prices. I get a small coffee and a donut when I visit. Nothing special.

Been coming here every now and then since its opening and the service has been steadily declining. I hope this past Saturday was just a fluke and that the service isn’t actually always this bad.
Asked if they still had hot apple cider, the guy gave me the most irritated look a cashier could possibly give a customer. Sorry man, I was just asking.
Got two beverages so I asked for a tray. Girl said OK then went back to her conversation with her two other co-​workers. I tried to get her attention a couple times but she was so deep into that conversation that I doubt even the second coming of Jesus could have pulled her away from it.
Oh yeah the ghetto cronut sucks ass. A couple years too late, too.
It seems like they know people will just keep coming here for the convenience of it, regardless of how bad the reviews are… so they don’t really care about service. Pity.

Upon meeting up with some friends for a rowdy good time, some felt that a coffee run was necessary, so we ended up at this particular DD. It was clean and quiet. I tinkered with my phone while they ordered their coffees, and did my best not to eavesdrop on a conversation that I am certain culminated in substances and money being exchanged in a rather rapid and surreptitious manner.
I don’t think I’ll ever visit this particular DD again. This particular area of Jackson Heights isn’t a favorite of mine, and seedy individuals involved in seedy situations really isn’t my thing. But my friends told me the coffee tasted fresh, which is saying something for 1 something in the morning. So… there’s that. Two stars because one just didn’t seem fair.

Just have a coffee over there and taste like a water.

Wow. For an Dunkin Donuts that handles a flood of people who work in LaGuardia Airport, including the taxi and livery cab drivers, these people sure are efficient and speedy.
Also, unlike other commuter based Dunkin Donuts, this place is pretty clean.

How can you have DD without a restroom??? Is this a joke or something?

Was surprised that this place was open while I was stranded and bracing for Hurricane Sandy.
My only compliant was that I ordered their Maple Sugar Oatmeal and the cashier kept insisting they did not sell that there even though the huge picture with price was hanging right over his head! LOL

Donuts are over rated and service was terrible.

Was empty and the service was still slow, if I was at a meter in the city I would have been upset but atleast they have a parking lot… I got to sit down in peace for a few mins while I had my breakfast…

Recently went in for a bagel and they literally had me walking back and forth a couple of times because of their strange system of ordering in one place, and picking up at another place… unless they want to give it to you here instead, actually no this isn’t yours you should go back to that place to pick up yours… i’m like what? it’s a freaking bagel, why do i have to give you a password and do a secret handshake to pick up my bagel?
That said I’ll probably be back cause it’s convenient… ugh sometimes i hate being lazy!

Not one of the better dunkin donuts for sure.

Went here at 12:45am after traveling all afternoon and evening from LA. Donuts were nearly stale… at least 6 hours old. I looked in the cooler for whole milk. There was none! The clerk argued with me that Dunkin’s does not carry milk at any of their stores! Guess what… Found milk at a Dunkin’s in Manhattan. There goes his theory. How rude!
