Coffee itself is fine however if you need to use the restroom even though it’s exposed to customers, they’d tell you is Just for employees. Even if you’re buying a coffee. They don’t care. They’re quick to tell you to file a complaint if you want. I don’t like to bother but it’s wrong.

I swear I have no choice but to get my coffee get up here. And something always goes wrong. They always forget my damn coffee. I’m waiting ten minutes just for one cup. I don’t try to be a bother because I understand in the mornings can be hectic but like really?

I’m a local who frequent this dunkin donuts to get breakfast or a late night snack. I’ve always had something to complain about but never paid it much mind. Generally, when I go in I’m well dressed, make up done and I use my card. This morning I had am experience that upset me. I didn’t look my greatest but was just rushing so I stopped in anyway before getting on my express bus to midtown to get something to eat really quick. I ordered a croissant donut I wanted to try it for a while and I asked for a cup of water because it’s really cold out and I just walked 4 blocks instead of driving because of the snow. I didn’t want buy a bottle of water because I don’t like carrying things and commuting, I just wanted a quick sip. I have done this at many places in the past and their has never been an issue. Today, I felt offended I asked the employee for the water and they said sorry we can’t give it to you. So I said why not, she then mumbled to someone else in their language and came back with what they considered a cup of water, I kid you not it was not even a half filled cup. It was basically one gulp. I felt offended, mistreated, and judged based on the way that I paid and looked. Today I didn’t look as put together as I usually do and I used my left over change instead of my credit card. These employees judged me and thought that I was homeless or unable to pay when this isn’t at all the case. In any event, even if I were a homeless or unfortunate person I would have hoped an establishment as rich as dunkin donuts could spare a full cup of water. This was a terrible experience and I personally will no longer support this establishment.

This is the Dunkin Donuts in the area I go to. They make a good hot chocolate, the one on Jamaica Ave in Bellerose tends to water theirs down. For a period this one was watering theirs down but not lately. Also they usually have a good selection of doughnuts available except on weekend afternoons. You have to go early if you want a variety. I never understand why they don’t make more of the most popular doughnuts(they always run out of Boston Cremes) instead of letting the not so popular ones sit all day. I’ve always found the staff here to be courteous, friendly and fast.

It’s a average chain Dunkin Donuts. The service is fast depending on the line. On Sunday there tend to be a line and people sitting and enjoying their coffee. It’s a somewhat clean. May be because it’s a Sunday and there was plenty of people making a mess with napkins. I am not sure if this place has a bathroom. From the looks of it, I doubt it. Mostly importantly the parking. There is limited space for it. If not you have to go around looking for it which can be annoying.
