They offer a $ 20 facial?! Ok, why not. It wasn’t a 5 star experience but it did its job. They first started with waxing my nose, & a gentle scrub on my face and neck. Relaxing so far… I usually spend about 45 minutes to an hour and change(depending who’s working on my facial). The chair isn’t the most comfy but whatever. Next they put a light steam to my face, makes me feel like I’m in a warm place. Next some lotion with a gentle massage and a mask. Not sure why it took almost 2 hours today but ok. There are no private rooms & this is all done out in the open. They also have an option for a $ 45 herbal facial which included waxing or threading for your face only. Overall all I have been here twice and can’t complain much. My face felt smooth, hydrated and clean. Oh, and I had my eyebrows threaded too. Looking nice!

BEWARE I noticed this place DOUBLEDIPS the wax pot. They also use the same stick for the wax jar. Seriously? Are we in some back water country that doesn’t have the basic hygienic protocols down? Not only that but the last few times I was here for threading they have a stupid non common sensical habit of touching my lips or might as well stick their fingers into my mouth and give me god knows what. They don’t even use the anti bacterial gel BEFORE threading! This place is a festering sharing community of germs if you ask me.

I was going to go here, then I saw an employee with her legs in the air, using an epilator near the window. Why is there even an epilator in the place(I hope they are not using it for customers – staph infection just waiting to happen!), and why is an employee allowed to groom herself in full view of potential customers? Erm, no thanks. If you want your eyebrows done, there are many more professional, affordable, and hygienic establishments in the vicinity to choose from.

Severely disappointed. I’d gone here several times for facials/waxing/threading. It’s not a high end place, but I REALLY liked the asian woman’s facials and allowed the young indian girl to do my brows/waxing even though I wasn’t super confident in her skill level. Tonight when I left, I tried to push my hair back and realized that there was a considerable amount of wax stuck in it. :/I’ve NEVER had that happen before. Walked back in and told her there was a problem. The«solution» was to douse my hair in baby oil with barely an apology. After she thought she was done, I tried to run my fingers through my hair and found even more wax. :/ After this disturbing experience, I asked what she suggested as a solution to the problem. She told me that washing my hair would remove the excess wax. I said, no, that was not an acceptable answer. I would have been satisfied with a partial refund of the $ 45 I’d spent tonight, but nope. I left after mentioning that I would not be spending another cent there and would be letting others know about my experience. Even more irritated because I think I can pinpoint when she got the globs of wax in my hair — and she noticed and didn’t say anything to me. Pathetic. I doubt this place will be in business for long if they continue this level of service. This girl needs to go back to beauty school kindergarten.
