I have been to Dr. Lopez office for work on my teeth and I have had nothing but a positive experience with the doctor and her staff. She scheduled me in even after work hours to accommodate my work/school schedule. I have referred various friends and family to see her and they have also had nothing but a positive experience with her. The office is located in a very convenient place in queens, and her office was very clean too.

Isn’t there any rating lower than one star? This was a horrible experience. First of all, I took time off work to go to my appointment at which I expected to have a wisdom tooth extracted. I made it to the appointment half an hour early only to find out the doctor was not there even though she was supposed to start two hours earlier. She comes in about one hour after I arrived, all relaxed with not one care in the world. She sees me about half an hour after she arrived since there had been one other person waiting for her. I should have taken my cue and left, but I stayed because I was having some discomfort with the wisdom tooth. When she finally saw me she didn’t even bother to give me the cleaning I asked for. Nor did any dental hygienist because as far as I could tell, she had no dental hygienist. She didn’t even bother with my wisdom teeth but proceeded to tell me I had two cavities on the left side and one more on the right. I told her to fill them. Even though I had made an appointment and had come early and there was only one patient that had just arrived outside, she said it would take two long and decided to fill the two on the left side. When I went home in pain, I found that it hurt to bite down with my new fillings. I waited til the next day and it was still painful so I called and she agreed to see me the following day. When she saw me she said she didn’t see a problem but agreed to file down the fillings and stated I may continue to have discomfort for a few weeks. I told her I felt more than discomfort, it was painful to bite down with my new filling. She didn’t care. I left the office and now one year later I’m going to have to pay for a root canal which my new dentist said may be necessary because the filling Dr. Lopez put in is very deep and may be touching the root canal. I was never informed that my cavity was that bad and I never even had pain on that tooth! Dr. Lopez is completely unprofessional, the office is run unprofessionally and the doctor herself is a cross unfriendly woman. AVOIDHERSERVICESATALLCOST.
