Made the mistake of going to this place recently. I was appalled that the seats were full of dust and hair! The floor was filthy and the pedicure way below even average standards. It was closing time and I saw one woman using the towels to mop the floors! The same towels that were used for customers’ hands and feet. Never again :)

I came here because I purchased a groupon. The lady did my pedicure and manicure. She was a bit rough with the manicure because my cuticles are still sore. When it came time to pay and use the groupon she states oh the groupon is only for next door, mind you its a salon with the same name by the same person. Really!!! I was so pissed I asked then what’s the difference? I can’t remember their stupid idiotic response, I just paid and left. I will though be back in 2 weeks«next door» to use my groupon just to see if they’re gonna tell me the olé okey doke and point me next door, so I can really give it to their as**es!!!

The spa manager was very rude and would not accept my Groupon for a massage and facial bc I had been there before with a Groupon for a mani pedi. The Groupon didn’t say that customers could not do that. I had taken a day off and made an appointment. When I arrived, I had to wait for her to come in. Then she refused to provide the services so I called Groupon and they issued a credit. I will never use this spa again. They should have told me when I made the appointment but she said she always tells customers when they come in. I explained that I had taken off work but it wasn’t her problem. Then she told me the massage tech wasn’t scheduled that day, although I specifically had an appointment for a massage and facial. It is not worth the hassle. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this spa.

This salon does your hair nice. This is why I choose them for my wedding. I brought 7 bridesmaids and my mom. I booked my date with a deposit in advance. i paid for everyone’s hair and nails and make up before it was completely. Unfortunately once I paid for everything there was only caos confusion and total lack of customer service. So many things went wrong I don’t know where to start. But of all the things the worst part was the things I experienced the DAY of my wedding. Theresa told me I should come at 630am to finish curling my hair and my make up and touch up for my bridesmaids. 1.8am Makeup pp don’t show up till 8am 2. Btw 7am-8am I’m still waiting to do my hair touch up 3.815 am she starts my hair 4.846am she stops my hair to finish some hair who going to a graduation on the day of my wedding 5.keeping in I had to be back at my house dressed for d limo at 10am because I had a day wedding which I told her several time before and she said she can accommodate me 6. At 915 am my mom gets very upset because I’m standing waiting. 7. Theresa gets very irate throws down her comb and walked out came back and said ‘can you tell your mom to shut up” 8. 10am now finished my hair and now starting my makeup which had to be rushed Bc the limo was at my house and I wasn’t even finish with my makeup 9. At 1030am now finish makeup which looked better in pretrial Bc I wasn’t in a rush 10.reach home and left at 11am for my wedding that starts at 12pm I thank God I made it on Time Bc I didn’t want to put energy into suing this salon But Word of advice to all ladies getting married this place is not professionally equipped to take care of time sensitive events such as weddings

I got a group on for a Spa mani and pedi. I love the service. They accommodated a late appt time. The place was quiet with soft music playing. It was tastefully decorated. The woman who did my pedicure was ANEXPERT. I have never had a pedicure that was so thorough! I love their color choices, the massage chair was new and comfortable. I went back to groupon and bought 2 more visits. Even without the groupon, the price is fitting for the work that is done. I am not sure what the other reviews are referring to but I had a great experience.

I’ve had several pedicures and gel manicures at this location the ladies here do a decent job on pedicures, the one time I decide to get tips I left unsatisfied I can’t stand sloppy work polish was left on some fingers and under my nails. I hate when the mechanical nail file is used too much yikes !

The mani pedi was ok. however the manager at the spa is so rude and so nasty!!! Tried to triple tax me on my groupon. If you want to be over charged for ok service go here. If not STAYAWAY!!!

I got three groupons for massages – it is in the neighborhood, so why not?! If you want a decent, general massage from a nice masseur, and have no trouble laying facedown on a table, this is your place. If you want deep tissue and have any neck issues, STAYAWAY. The first experience was disappointing, to say the least. The masseur did not speak English, so I could not communicate with her directly. I asked specifically for a deep tissue massage and was given a quasi-Swedish something. I asked that she concentrate on my TMJ and rotator cuff areas – was given NO work on my jawline. However, the worst of it was that the table was not a standard massage table – there was no face rest, so half the massage had me laying facedown on the table with my(sore) neck wrenched to the side. Generally a bad experience. BUT I had two other certificates and was not able to talk with the masseur, so I figured that maybe I had been unclear. So, I went back. When I made the appointment, I asked for a DEEPTISSUE massage. When I arrived, I reminded the receptionist that I wanted a deep tissue massage. On the paperwork, I noted that I wanted to concentrate on my rotator cuff and tmj – with stars next to my notes. When the masseur took me back, I asked her for the head rest. She didn’t understand. She left the room and came back without one. I asked three more times. She finally brought in an extra towel for ME to ball up under my forehead. I asked six times for deep tissue – «Mas fuerza». Nothing. As nice, polite, and conciliatory as the masseur was she did not provide the service I asked for, and I left, again, with the same kinks I went in with, less a second groupon. I am so frustrated with the experience and with myself for faulting myself and returning a second time.
