I am utterly disgusted with the manager she was short brown hair. She was nasty rude i have bought several things from here and I was planning to bring my girlfriends in the up coming week she was a pitiful excuse as a manger the young lady that worked under her had more experience with customer service she defused the situation by being polite while her manager proceeded to say. In her words look at the it the product is dirty which it clearly wasn’t I felt insulted and repulsed wither her tone while she proceeded to crack her knuckles behind me while the young girl exchange the product it was not worn and had a defect it was down inside out I can swear on anything I would not waste my time exchanging something used due to her insult mind you I called early in the morning and explained the issue and told her I had thrown out the box the girl said it was ok I work for to companies whom are based on sustainer service and who ever hired this woman should think long term she will turn your loyal customers to never come back try and promote the younger girl she obviously knows the business better then her disgusting human being I will never shop here again west 4 has tons of stores

Bought a few things here, very cool place. Only place like this in Jackson Heights without jumping on the R train to the village thats for sure. Bought some lube and other random stuff to have fun with here.

small store but has a variety of the essentials. their return policy sucks, but the employees were very helpful, non intimidating and knowledgeble, and the girl even opened several things for me to see before buying. i have been here three time and will definately come back.

Very helpful store clerk, we spent time checking out all the types of things they sell in a place like this, I learned about so many new interesting things women are into. Prices could be expensive for some things, but those things were really unnecessary. Just picked up the basics, and got a lesson on what exactly those nasty smelling poppers are (I think should be illegal), and what the hype about Spanish fly is all about.
