This is the worst McDonald’s I have went to. They take way too long making the food, the girl at the register was giving dirty looks to customers including elderly ones. When we asked for honey(which tastes amazing with nuggets) they looked at us sideways, as if honey was some exotic sauce. Then told us they didn’t have honey! Nor did they have Appel pies… NOR did they have mcflurrys because the icecream was«not good» After ordering it took then over 10min to bag the food, which ended up being stale and old tasting… Waste of time and money. McDonald’s management really needs to review this location and the staff as well as the food quality.

This is perhaps the worst McDonalds I have been to. The service is ridiculous. Not only does it take them forever to get your order in but they forget some items as well. In addition, the people behind the register are grumpy. No smile. The tables are dirty. The napkin dispensers are empty. I have not been to the restroom as I am now afraid to.

Hungry people should avoid this joint for real! It is the most slowest operation that I have ever come across in this chain. The management of this operation, conduct themselves in a rude and dismissive, and are never visible in the front,(they are always sat in the side office,) and occasionally come out, look around, and return to whence they came. The staff employed have a «could not care less» attitude(I guess when you pay crap money, what can one expect!). The food taste stale as if its sitting there for hours, and they frequently get your order wrong. Food takes far too long to make it into the bags, and they always burn their apple pies. It is often dirty, and seems to be doubling up as a shelter for homeless and/or mentally challenged people. No co-ordination of the staff, and food flow to customers who wait and wait a very long time. It really hurts the McDonald’s brand, but I guess they don’t care, as long as they take the money! Their corporate office need to take this franchise away from the owner,!!!

I was summoned for jury duty across the street and was dismissed for lunch. There is not much around the area to choose from so I went somewhere close by where I thought would also be the fastest. Wrong. But it wasn’t even the wait that annoyed me. The employees here are seriously the most disgruntled and disgusting servers I have ever come across. I mean, not that I should expect much from a McDonald’s. I was just witnessing the workers here continuously muttering loudly under their breath(you know, loud enough where they know they can be heard) or even being argumentative with the customers about nothing at all, including the supervisor/manager! For example we have order numbers on our receipts, so when they called out a number we all looked at our receipts to see if it is our order and you hear the worker saying loudly to herself«I don’t know why you guys have to look at your receipts.» Then goes the«Hello?! There are two lines, not one.» And to the lady who kept insisting a drink order was mine when it wasn’t. Sorry, wrong Asian, although I’ll gladly take it if you keep saying its mine. The garbage was spilling out of the garbage because it was so full and kept piling up. The fries were just downright sad. Just a hot mess of a place. Fast food or not, all employees should really have some respect for not only the customers but for themselves. Simply classless and unprofessional.

I order 3 McChicken no mayo, and requested honey mustard for substitute. They want to charge extra for the honey mustard. I would not come here again because they wanted to dime you for everything.

This MacDonald has a big problem in terms of service. Every time I come in here it always appears that they are always short staff or they hire a minimum number of people. This usually leads to long wait time. Almost every time I have come in here, I’m waiting close to 15 mins trying to get a meal. They need to focus more on hiring support staff because at this point there is a lack of fine service at that MacDonalds. If you choose to go there, be prepared to wait a while before getting any service. This is the main problem they have. And that’s the truth!

I give more positive feedback than I do negative. I was looking for the address to write the headquarters to compliment the staff at this location and came across the poor Unilocal reviews. I like McDonald’s(even though I try to be vegan) b/c it supports the disabled and routinely employs them. Ever since they added the 1.00 any size iced coffee, I go often and get the iced vanilla. It’s so amazing and I’m so addicted that I think there might be crack in it. The staff is consistently nice and helpful. They always say please and thank you. I’m all for people being good at their job regardless of what it is but considering the hostility that they deal with and the poor pay, I’m amazed they don’t just tell everyone to go fuck themselves. This location is always clean, including the bathroom and the staff is awesome.

The décor — This is a relatively new McDonalds, a few years old. It is generally very clean, with four plasma televisions on the wall, and a bathroom that has been remarkably clean every time I’ve gone in. It’s a perfect location for a McDonalds, only a block away from the Union Turnpike station. There’s something oddly comforting about being able to sit down and catch a minute or two of the news before joining the dash for the E/F. The service — can vary. It’s a few blocks down from the Queens Criminal Courthouse so the traffic is pretty heavy during lunch /dinner hours, but tends to empty out by 7−8pm, at which point they become more attentive. The clientele ranges from officers of the law and attorneys and caseworkers to, well, those whom are all too often the unfortunate recipients of the law’s iron hand. Suffice to say the conversations one hears are interesting. The food — this is McDonald’s. It’s what you would expect of any McDonald’s. That said, they still have a dollar menu with most items priced at $ 1(compared to Manhattan). I personally recommend requesting a packet of spicy«Habenaro Ranch» sauce with the McChicken, the combination is quite good. I mainly go for the $ 1.00 large coffee, which I get every morning like clockwork. It’s the cheapest and best coffee in the neighborhood, compared to the other stores and Starbucks up the street. I’ve gone often enough that I expect they breathe a sigh of relief, knowing who I am and that I’m going to make it easy for them by ordering«the same old, same old.»

Standard McDonald’s. Big Mac, Fries, Soda what else do you need. What else can I write about. They have food. I buy food. Done.

The judge said there were some fine eating establishments outside the courthouse. Maybe he wasn’t referring to McDonald’s. Awful. Just awful. I went in with a gift card and decided to buy a la carte since I didn’t need a drink. I should have just got the meal because for a quarter or so more, I would have gotten medium fries and a fountain soda. The cashier was on autopilot collecting money and handing out change. He handed out money to anyone who would take it. The lady next to me held out her hand and when she realized it wasn’t her change, she pulled away and the cashier dropped the money. He then made a snide comment to the lady, «What, when you know it’s not your change you just gonna drop your hand like that?» He picked up the money off of the counter and gave it to me. Sir, you owe me five cents. He was too lazy to look for the nickel on the floor so he took the money from the register. Don’t expect any type of service here. You can’t even help yourself. There are no self serve soda machines. Everything is behind the counter. That means no refills. Get the value meal. You will need a drink after dealing with this McDonald’s. Bring your own flask or mini bottle to spike it.

I expect very little of my Snack Wraps, I really do. After all, it’s 4 ingredients(2 of which are shredded) and a condiment, right? I’ve known all my life that the real thing will pale in wilted, graying comparison, to the professional photos McDonald’s publicizes as «their» «food,» and am always prepared to see the celeb-impersonator-in-drag version of whatever I’ve ordered off the menu. I got 2 Crispy Chicken Snack Wraps because my birthright/drivers license/voting status has called me to jury duty in Kew Gardens, where food options come to die — I walked a couple of blocks only to settle here; one chipotle and one ranch. Both looked upon first glance to be devoid both of lettuce and sauce, and the only hint of cheese was in lumps underneath the tortilla. Only the last bites of each were reminiscent of what I know these wraps to be, and they skimped so much on ranch that my wrap was mostly dry. Not included in the 1-star rating but worthy of note: customer literally snatched my order away at first thinking it was her second, when she hadn’t gotten a second. This behavior isn’t exclusive to her, from what I could tell. The employees just pile the to-go bags out on the counter to take the next customer ASAP, leaving blatantly desperate lunch-goers to grasp at their bags as soon they spy any single one appear. I know it’s a crowded lunch hour, but you can do better than that.

This place is always loaded with delinquents: young comin from school or older coming from the courthouse. It’s attracted even more chaos n people hanging out than the area needed, it had enough as it is. If you’re lucky you might get a cashier who makes eye contact and speaks more than 3 words. Also, it smells. Not like any other Mc Donalds, more like other Mc Donalds’ bathrooms. But hey, it’s only a Mcdonalds, not the Four Seasons.

A pretty good place to grab a value meal. The only problem is around lunch time due the place being across from the queens court house when the court goes on break.

There service sucks but the place is nice for a McDonald’s! Plasma TV’s, clean restrooms and a clean floor sets the McDonald’s apart from the others even though they take 10 minutes to make a damn McFlurry! Pro: Clean! Cons: Slow, bad service, needs more workers at night.

For a McDonalds, this location rocks. They are fast with orders and the establishment is quite clean. The location has a modern look with flat screen TVs around.
