Abysmal customer service. A dozen phone calls for tech support with no response (over the course of months). Wouldn’t recommend an ongoing relationship with this company to my worst enemy. Save your future headaches, and use somebody else.

If you want to be left in New York for hours on end even though you already scheduled your bus trip– this is the company for you. We scheduled days in advance a day trip to NY. We ran to make our bus on time only to find out it was canceled without notice and had to sit around a shitty part of town for over a hour and a half and had to pay MORE then the original ticket we already paid for. A refund would be issued later. So if you want to chance what time your make it home from your trips and don’t mind paying extra then your told it would be this is the bus service your looking for.
