Moses helped fix one of the keys on my laptop that I had managed to yank off. After spending weeks on it and almost being on the verge of planning to get a new laptop, Moses swooped and fixed it for me. He offered to pick up the laptop from a mutually convenient location and drop it off again after it was fixed. It was such a pleasure dealing with someone who is so professional and friendly and focuses on how he can make the experience as painless for you as possible. Thank you so much! Doesn’t get better than this. Prompt, courteous and professional service for a super reasonable price. From dealing with small problems to much larger ones, he was able to identify the issue and fix it very quickly. I’m tech savvy but whenever I hit a wall with any of our tech problems at the office ‘Mo’ the Tech Guy is always able to help me immediately. I highly recommend!

What’s worse than fighting with your iPhone? Okay, that’s dramatic, but seriously it’s really disruptive. Especially if you use your phone to work. Every time I tried to open an app, it would crash. My usual, very advanced technique of turning my phone on and off failed, and it was going to take me forever to get into the Apple Store. So I reached out to Mo the Tech Guy.
Not only was Mo super friendly and understanding, he did a bang up job with my phone. My phone (an iPhone 5s) seemed like it was possessed and I was super afraid that I was going to lose all of my photos and music. I had a year of memories on there! He saved it all on my external hard drive and made my phone like new. He even gave me some tips on how to better manage my photos and music so I can avoid problems like that in the future. This guy knows his stuff!
