Very spacious I was here for Jamaica Breeze appreciation party. It was a nice time. The band was great the people were dressed to impress. I look forward to attending next year’s event.

Nice place ok staff the bartender was great. Had a little problem with some staff members but otherwise everything was cool. I would consider having an event there.

Stay away from this place, we went to check the place last night and told them we will call them back in the morning to bring the deposit which we did at 12 noon because that’s the time they’re open. We were told that the room is no longer available someone gave a deposit last night which not true because we were the last one who left the place and they were about to close. We had someone else call for the same room, same date, same time they told him yes the room is available and they asked him twice of the amount they quoted us. Bunch of thieves stay away from them.

OMG Horrible experience!!! The staff is so rude and classless. They are to strict for no apparent reason. I don’t recommend anyone to throw any parties at this place. Horrible!!!

I have visited on two occasions. Ironically, they were both for baby showers and in different halls that vary in size. I like the space and the acoustics, plus it’s ADA-compliant.

This will be my first review only because I wish someone had written a review before I spent over $ 6000 on my daughters sweet 16. The party was over 7 months ago and I’m still upset about the experience. Pros: Wings were amazing Cons: 1. The place was dirty. The entrance was filthy and should have been mopped. The center pieces and table clothes were dirty. When I advised the rep of the condition of the table cloths she refuted that the table cloths were not dirty, but stained and proudly announced that they had been using these table clothes for over 12 years. 2. We ran out of food. I paid for 130 guests and about 90 showed up yet we ran out of food. And I hadn’t realized that I’d be paying for the staff to eat. Yes they enjoyed the food that I had paid for while all of my guests didn’t have the opportunity to have a complete meal. 3. The event was ran by teenagers and young adults that were rude and unprofessional. I don’t want to bad mouth them, however, because they aren’t being properly trained or monitored. I wanted to tip the dj because he was a baby(in my eyes) and did a good job. I asked him his age and was prepared to commend him before I tipped him and he had some douchy response that offended me so I didn’t give him anything. After the guests were all cleared out I went back inside to see if anything had been left and one female told me that she was going to throw out my daughters gift box if I didn’t take it, while another pretty much told me to get the F out and the rest proceeded to laugh. I was mortified. Wish I spent my money elsewhere. My guests had more negative comments but I don’t want to type anymore. Embarrassing.
