Rockaway Plaza Deli

This place is awesome. A wide variety of food and sandwiches to choose from. Reasonable prices. I go here regularly for breakfast and I always have something different. The food always tastes great and is made the way you want it. The lunch is great to between the steam table, the sandwiches, and the salads your sure to find something here to calm your hunger. Would recommend to anyone.

Only reason these people are in business is because they have no competitors in the area. If someone opened up a subways there these people would go under in a week. THey are too expensive and the food is wack!!! I bought a sandwich on a roll and a 20 oz. soda and it came out to $ 12. And the sandwich was god aweful. Person in front of me bought 2 salads and paid $ 23, WTF was in that salad!!! I pray someone sees this rant and gets the idea to open up a spot. Hey Mikey, hint hint!!! Get your people from Dish to expand out this way…

Poor service, sign says it’s open till 4:00pm but lazy cook said grill was closed and it was only 2:30pm. Its one of those overrated places because it’s the only game in town. Don’t waste your time.

I had the Herman Edwards sandwich and just wow, amazing attention to the ingredients, all freshly served. Seating for 20+ people was also good as it got very busy quick. This deli upholds the strong tradition of what a tri state deli should be and if I’m ever in the area i wouldn’t hesitate to stop in here again.

Solid deli, with good prices and quick service.
