Absolutely worst customer service ever encountered. After greeting the salesperson, a blonde younger woman, who was in the office in the back upon me entering. I proceeded to ask for some help choosing some shades of paint that would resemble a concrete wall. Her response was «I don’t know what you mean». I further clarified that I was going for shades of grey and her response was «we have tons of grey.» I asked if
she could help once again and she totally ignored my request and just directed me to look at the paint chips. As a member of the community and someone who is consistently renovating, I would never recommend this location. I hope management rectifies the matter by hiring knowledgeable, helpful employees! I am always a fair Unilocal reviewer and would give this location a negative star if possible!
