I found Teon and his company when a friend of mine recommended him to me.
We hired him as a consultant for our company and i must say we’re impressed so far.
Hes always there when we need him and always seem to figure out the issues whether its a problem with the network or a simple problem on the computer. He always fix the issue, explain the problem and explaons how to avoid having this issue again.
I’d recommend teckki tech and its resources bevause they’re always there when we need them.

Kevin, you returned our drive FINALLY but kept our USB cable. Also, you put the drive in the wrong mailbox and therefore it sat in an unlocked mailbox overnight on Halloween. Thank God it wasn’t stolen. I placed our drive in two padded envelopes when I hand it to you to protect it’s already fragile state and you put it in the mailbox in only one envelope. You also didn’t text me to let me know that you placed it in the unlocked mailbox.
I don’t want to have to call you and text you daily just like I did this past week just to get our cable back. Please don’t ignore my texts and messages and please return our cable asap. I’m very disappointment with your service, I can’t believe it took us a week to get our drive back and now our cable is missing. I will keep calling you and texting you until you return our cable.
P. S. on 11−4−15 We have been receiving prank calls ever since I posted this review… weird. Plus I still don’t have my cable

We hired Teon as a computer consultant for our Credit Company.
So far we are impressed! Teon completely rebuilt our network in the office and set up 8 new computers for us. He also set up a powerful server for us and installed our credit network seat on every computer.
He revamped our emailing system and now supports our emails with his own server…
Any problems with our network, he’s just a call away and he arrives at the office within minutes.
Highly recommeded for all IT problems

The A.C. adapter connector in my computer was broken, and I called the shop. I spoke to Teon Seeram. I came by the shop, even though it was after hour, he was very pleasant. He looked at the computer right away, and he gave a reasonable price. He ordered the part right away, and my computer was fixed within a couple of days. Thanks Teon. Great customer Service.

I needed a custom computer built for my business located in Queens. I heard about this place which was supposed to be really great and cheap. it was all of the above and I saved more with one of his discount flyers!
Teon (the owner), put together a powerful PC for me. The specs were amazing for the price I paid. 500 gigs of hard drive, 8 gigs of RAM, and an i7 processor. He also threw in a few computer programs for free which was awesome. They were:
Microsoft Office, an Antivirus, and Quickbooks.
If you’re in the Queens borough and need any type of IT work done, I highly recommend this guy!

Honest, Incredibly fast and amazing service. My Laptop wouldn’t turn on so I took it to this place for a diagnostic. Unlike other computer shops I’ve been to in the past. This place offers free diagnostics which took me by surprise. Turned out that my laptop had a bad hard drive so I had to replace it. They backed up my data, replace my hard drive, reinstalled my operating system and put my old data back on it all within 5 hours.
I’d go back! …i just hope I’d never have to! Lol
