Went in to install 4 speakers. Ended up with a loose screw which caught and ripped my tints and also is no longer windproof at all, can hear loud wind and didnt before since its a 2015. The older owner does not care and wasnt rushed to fix it. Still have not had it done. The workers there are punks and unskilled. This shop is way overpriced for the lack of quality. Also horrible communication, they’ll do work then talk to you later. Have had a problem at each visit. But, in this one visit they ruined driver side tint completely, ruined wind proofing in driver side door, disabled my car starter which was fixed with a zip tie, forgot to install the 2 rear speakers which the box for them was left in my back seat, I paid a premium for these clearly off the street installers PLEASE AVOID!!! these problems were ignored by the shop owner.

Not a fan. Purchased XM radio for car and a boombox for home for my wife for a birthday present. After a few weeks she tried to return boombox and they wouldn’t accept. They said their return policy is 7 days and wouldn’t accept. The 7-day policy wasn’t on receipt or posted in store. Who only offers 7 day returns nowdays? This is why folks buy at reputable chains like Best Buy. The only reason we were returning was because we couldn’t get a signal with this unit in our house. So now we have electronics we can’t use and they lost a customer.
