I brought 20 items (shirts, pants, suits) to be dry cleaned and laundered in preparation for my son returning to college. Several of these items had different but specific instructions on how I wanted them cleaned/​starched/​pressed/​hanger/​folded etc. I was very pleased when I picked everything up to see all was done to specifications. As an aside, the service (Elizabeth) was both curteous and efficient and I was in and out of there quickly at the drop off as well as the pick up. Thanks guys… although I am an ‘out of towner’, I vacation in this area quite often and will continue to use you for all my dry cleaning needs.

Almost everytime I dropped clothes off, there was some problem when I picked them up. The cuffs of my shirts frequently came back dirtier than when I dropped them off, and they even misplaced the pants to my $ 1500 suit! Once they found them, they made me drive out to the plant to get them, even though it was their mistake. Plus, $ 7.50 to dry clean a shirt? Are you kidding me? Steer clear if you like the clothes you have, and just use Aroxy Cleaners.
