Ship Shape

I am just going to share my two experiences with this establishment, And let you decide. The first time I went here I was given a price and paid. A couple hours later I received a phone call stating I needed to come back in and pay about another $ 100 because she quoted it wrong. Although I wasn’t happy about this I went in and paid. The next time I needed this establishments services I went in on a Friday at 10 AM. I was told packages get picked up at 4pm. I called that evening right before 4pm and asked for my tracking number. I was told the package wasn’t sent out today meaning I would have to wait till Monday to get it picked up. Putting the burden on me to tell my customer I didn’t ship out the package on time. So for me I will not be a returning customer. If I have to ship anything I will figure it out myself.

The owner of this shop has an attitude and I find her to be unprofessional. If I have other options I go there.
