Service was top notch. The sales clerk I worked with helped me with everything, and managed to be friendly and quick when ringing me up(seems you usually get just one or the other). Prices in store were decent for the quality, the clearance racks were a bit slim, but I wear a large size, so that’s par for the course.

I love Brooks Brothers and this store is one of my favorites whenever I visit this area. You always get top notch service and even better quality. I travel and make most of my purchases with my Brooks Brother’s MasterCard racking up gift cards to use at their stores. I first got a 20% discount coupon from their Corporate offices, another 15% from Prime Outlets AAA card and then another $ 100.00 off with my gift cards. Savings all the time and great quality. Sad that I am only the 2nd reviewer since the guy back in Dec 2009 trashed them but the young man assisting me was nothing but professional and respectful. Maybe the fact that they were working the day after Christmas had a lot to do with it but I have received nothing but fantastic service.

Dignity and respect: two things loyal customers such as myself value and expect when shopping at America’s elite men’s suit maker and clothier. Yet, I received neither at their factory outlet store in Queenstown, MD. Very disappointing. The employees in that store are unfriendly and have no common courtesy. If you want real Brooks Brothers service, you won’t get it there. I don’t know where they picked up the slime who work there, but Brooks Brothers management ought to clean house and start over. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at their retail location over in Washington, D.C., near DuPont Circle. You will be treated with dignity and respect, and it’s worth the extra money you pay over their so-called«outlet.»
