Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I went to purchase an iphone off plan, full price because I didn’t want to mess with my current plan. After finding out what I wanted I was told to visit the apple store in the mall. The verizon store I was at sells a lot of the phones I wanted and they didn’t have anymore. (Yeah I know you make no commission off of sales with no plan, liar, liar pants on fire!) Verizon should be more careful with the people they partner with. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, this has been the worst customer service. Dude! Grab the phone from the back, ring me up, send me on my way. Could have taken 5 minutes of your time, then you could have sat back down and continued to do nothing. Instead you’ve lost a customer for life, along with my friends and family!
