They were doing the buy one get one free promotion, so I purchased 1 for my mother and 1 for myself. The one for my mother arrived on time with no problems within a week. Mine on the other hand, was sent back to the lab FOUR times. It took them over a month. I ended up ask for a refund, and at the time, my glass is still in the lab due to «technical» issues after more than a month. The guy named «Bob» who works there is a nice guy although he seems a little out of it. He tried to contact the lab for me and rushed the order, but it still didn’t work. I would not recommend anyone to come here. You can go to LensCrafter or even Sears Optical, for the same type of quality for your glasses in a little more than an hour. Overall, it was just a very frustrating experience.
