Good deal by the chain. Service is horrible they messed up order. No apologies. The owner or manager is rude

Slow service! Albeit the order was for a salad(what was I thinking) but 3 other families behind me in the line got their food before I got my salad. What made it worse was the obvious confusion behind the counter about where the salad should be going to.
