Copeland Package Store

Horrible little shop with a limited wine selection. Prices (for wine) are about $ 1 – 2 more per bottle than others shops, so I get the impression they are marking up their prices. Rude staff that have a condescending attitude. I am well into my 30’s and had been a regular customer there for several months, and every time my id was scrutinized to the point of making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. There is a redemption center next to the shop with a CONSTANT stream of people cashing in cans and bottles, and taking up parking spaces in the tiny and cramped parking lot. I can’t comment on their spirits selection as I’m primarily a wine drinker, but it doesn’t look like anything to write home about. Staff need a training on customer service as it’s clearly lacking here. Also, they do not give receipts so you have to request one for every purchase. Won’t be returning.

If you want to deal with pleasant people and get decent deals look no further. This store has to be cleanest package store on the south shore. Copeland not only has great prices but they have a wonderful variety of wine, spirits and beers. Look no further!!!

I am moving soon, and I am really going to miss this place!
Great selection. (Including my favorite new discovery: Jam Jar!) Good prices. Paying is always easy and breezy. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the line longer than 2 or 3 people. Friendly, always courteous staff.
