This place is clean. Convenient. Right next to Wollaston train sta. staff helpful. My unit was fairly priced. Only downfall is the hours. Not open Sunday. Other than that the place is A+ so far.

I have been using Extra Space Storage in Quincy for years and am extremely happy. My items have been safe and in a climate controlled environment with extensive door access hours and good office hours. Over the past few weeks, I have been visiting Extra Space nearly every day as I prepare to move. I was reminded during these weeks of the amazing customer service provided by Shad and his team (particularly Juan). Shad was kind, accommodating, helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience at Extra Space exceptional. He really knows his stuff and is able to respond to customer needs simply and quickly. I was in the office a lot and saw him interact with many other clients and I am happy to say that my treatment wasn’t special – he really values all the clients and treats them all with the same respect and care. Juan was always friendly and willing to help; he anticipated needs prior to my even asking. While the costs (which are out of the control of the staff of course) continue to climb, I will keep my storage in this space based on the customer service. Highly recommend!
They have carts to help you move goods more easily, a freight elevator and a 3 bay loading dock.

Great service! Very friendly staff. Juan, the Assistant Manager was excellent with helping my girlfriend and I reserve a unit. We showed up about 15 minutes prior to closing not thinking we could get into a unit but wanted to get some information since we were combining two apartments into one while looking for a home. We were unsure of the size we needed. He toured us around the complex until we found the right one. Very knowledgeable of his surroundings. The process was painless and quick. We were honored with the online discount as well. Great location for us too! Highly Recommend!

Easy to set up an account and easy to access storage.

Shadley is a manager who believes in customer service above and beyond. I have witnessed in the retail environment often where a minute or two late means «Sorry we are closed» and «please go away!» I was almost late on a cold Friday evening and needed to register and begin to store my stuff so I would not accrue any fees from a late rental truck. I came in just as the office was closing and he quickly and efficiently processed me trained me on using and accessing the facility. In minutes I was moving my junk into storage.

You have to buy insurance which is an extra expense that should be noted.

I was pretty surprised. Thad is the manager of this place and was polite and professional. He honored the «first month free» deal, so I ended up paying nothing. You do have to supply your own locks (of course). It’s pretty clean and nothing to speak about (i.e., no decorations). There are two elevators and various loading docks — and the space from the T-​side loading docks is a little cramped. The only tricky thing is how to navigate this storage facility to make sure your load/​unload time is minimized. Lots of carts. Clean. Large two-​floor space.

Nice friendly staff, accommodated my storage needs and online price on the spot. A lot of bays for truck which works perfectly for me as I have ton of heavy stuff. Good convenient location. Recommend!

Love Extra Space Storage in Quincy. The facilities are clean but utilitarian. What makes this place special is the people — the guys who work here are SO GREAT — anything I need they will do for me or make a really helpful suggestion. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The storage facility is adequate. The best part is that they have carts available to transport items from the parking lot to the storage locker. It appears that the hours have recently changed and it’s no longer possible to access storage space on Sundays which is very inconvenient.
