The guy who answers the phones is very rude and condescending. I find myself biting my tongue whenever I order. My brother ordered a couple days after my phone call and had the same guy and he was just as rude. Other than that, the delivery drivers are very nice and punctual. The food is pretty decent, always have coupons that save me alot of money and get me more food which is good! If you get the same guy on the phone then don’t take him personally he just doesn’t like his job.

We just ordered dinner from here for the first time and were very disappointed. While the food came within 30 minutes on a Friday night, the small pizza was cold. I am pretty sure it was a previously frozen type of pizza — absolutely not fresh. And it just wasn’t good, and I pretty much think all pizza is good so that says a lot. My boyfriend ordered the«homemade» lasagna and again, for ten dollars, it was in a large container filled with primarily sauce and a tiny piece of lasagna in the middle. Conparable to the size of 2 decks of cards stacked on top of each other. It looked and tasted more like one of those weight watcher type frozen dinners. We really wanted to liked this place because it’s around the corner from us, but it was a major disappointment. It just reminded me of the kind of place where the owners own a place for the heck of it and could care less about the quality of the food.

Stopped by Harry’s for a buffalo chicken calzone. I was pretty impressed with the outcome. It wasn’t your typical hard shelled calzone… reminded me of a Greek phyllo stuffed with mild buffalo chicken. A large cost ~$ 16 but it was good enough for 2 people. Harry’s has 4 tables on the inside if you want to dine in, but I’m sure this is more of a pickup and delivery spot. They also have a variety of scooped ice-cream which is perfect for the summer. I did notice a lot of people getting shakes though… that might be the play next time. The staff there was friendly too. Think I’ll be coming back for more =)

Gave it another shot considering gave the«new ownership» a few months to work kinks out. Terrible. The«wing dings» are not the same wing dings as before, they are over breaded huge chunks of fried breaking, barely any chicken. The chicken broccoli ziti, don’t ask why I ordered that, was awful. Was jarred Alfredo sauce, 3 pieces of broccoli and burnt grilled chicken. Yet the pasta and sauce was cold? I don’t get it. Unless you are starving and it is the middle of a blizzard and nothing else is open, I would steer clear of this place. Good luck to the new ownership!

Delivery took an hour and a half on a saturday afternoon. No sorry on the phone when i called to check. no sorry from the driver. Food is not good enough for the bad service.

Disgusting place. The walkway isn’t shoveled, the front door is broken. Ordered haddock and chips. The haddock is frozen precut pieces, absolutely SWIMMING, and dripping grease. I am visiting from the west coast and was really looking forward to New England haddock. Next time I’ll take the time to go to The Clam Box in Ipswich or Kelly’s at Revere Beach. Be sure to use the bathroom before you get there, because they’ll tell you ‘They don ‘t have one.

Apparently there’s new management? First time ordering since this change, and my heart is broken. We were loyal Harry’s customers, ordering several times a month as well as whenever family and friends came to visit. Harry’s used to be our go-to pizza delivery. Sadly, it will not be any longer. The 2 stars is for wicked fast delivery. However, when our pizzas arrived, I opened the boxes to find the pizzas smooshed to one side as though the guy carried the boxes vertically. The pizzas look like they used to, but the taste and texture are just… Off. We ordered in January(this month) and got their buy one get one free special. So do I keep gross pizza in my fridge? Or just throw it out now instead of later? Harry’s… What happened? :( RIP my favorite pizza joint. We had a good run.

Deserves zero stars. I went in Sunday night with my child for an ice cream. We were the only two customers there. One worker was cooking the other was taking phone orders. Neither acknowledged our presence. The man on the phone finally looked up and said«it’s going to be a bit.»(Rudely) I asked if he could define«a bit.» He then grabbed a long string of receipts and said«after I fill these orders.» So my daughter and I who drove there have to wait while all the people sitting in the warmth of their homes get their orders filled. Never again. We walked out without our ice cream.

Under new management?!? Bring back those crazy Greek bastards! Their grilled Chicken salad with house dressing was possibly the greatest thing in Quincy and now it’s gone. I tried to weasel my way into figuring out the recipe for the dressing but they were having none of it. So, as for the new grilled chicken salad with house dressing? Meh. I doubt I will be a repeat customer for the new Harry’s.the memories of my love affair with the old Harry’s is too painful to relive. Plus the food is sub par.

I’ve worked in pizza shops and sub shops so I understand how stressful it can be, however the only thing these people got right was the service, the food was something to be said for the price. I ordered a Caesar salad with the house dressing because I had heard how good it was, they gave me Caesar dressing. I made a point to say to the gentleman taking my order that I wanted house and ordered it for a reason. They gave us diet soda instead of regular soda, no ketchup for our dinner. They got lost, which is also understandable. But 25 $ for two salads(one with NOMEAT) and a wrap? It just seems a little extravagant to me… I don’t think I would order again from here, not for the money.

There was a point in time this place was ok but new owners took over and the food is just deplorable. Nothing is fresh. Everything is frozen. The pizza tastes and looks like those cheap tortino pizzas at the grocery store for a buck. Everything the old owners had that was good has been replaced by far cheaper and lazier methods to cooking food. I’ve dealt with most of the employees there and there’s one woman(dumpy looking) who is just flat out ignorant on the phone when she takes orders. Bottom three worst restaurants in the city of presidents.

I will never go to Harry’s again. This was a family favorite for us. Every summer we knew we could stop over and enjoy a super fresh seafood platter. And now that they are under new management and I know the good times are over. I was told over the phone that my order would be around $ 24 and an additional $ 1.00 for onions rings not bad right. I got to the store to pick-up my order and was charged $ 28.84, which to be honest turned me off before I even opened the plate(Harry’s was $ 18.00), but I remembered Harry’s being so awesome, I kindly paid. I was so unprepared for what was inside the plate, the portion size was underwhelming to say the least. The scallops were no where near fresh, the fish had absolutely no seasoning, hadn’t really been cooked long enough and the clams were just awful. Needless to say I’m really disappointed and will never my business again! Hope this helps save someone else at least from ordering any seafood the grease is still in my stomach. I second Barbara comment about the horrible customer service!

Used to love the chicken cordon bleu sub, just ordered 6 items including 3 chicken cb, extremely disappointed. Apparently they changed from grilled chicken to frozen breaded chicken no dressing just boiled ham & cheese slathered in mayo. Gross! When I called to question they apologized, didn’t offer us anything else. We spent $ 53, won’t make that mistake again. You just lost a customer. Great Greek salad, horrible customer service.

Take out spot. They have a few tables but you wouldn’t want to eat here… Inside is pretty gross But who cares the salads are amazing! Best grilled chicken or steak tip Greek salad I’ve ever had. They have the best Greek dressing too. Anyone who complains about the«cash only» rule is missing out! They finally have an ATM out front too so it makes everything easier. I ordered a kiddie soft serve from here once and it was HUGE. Reasonable prices, friendly people. I come here once a week and they haven’t let me down. Thanks guys!

We might have found our local Quincy spot for pizza. Hubs and I were walking home when I decided that I wanted pizza. Walked in here and ordered a small veggie pizza to go… got our order and honestly(this might sound weird), the weight of the box told me that it was gonna be a good pizza. This pizza was delicious. It was LOADED with veggies, cheese was tasty, and the crust was crunchy and doughy at the same time. It was NOT greasy at all. We’ve ordered take-out before but got salads and appetizers… their salads are fresh, tasty, and HUGE. Try their house salad. We haven’t tried their ice cream yet, but will soon!

First off the place looks gross from the outside. I walked in and three guys just stood there as I stood at the counter. Finally after looking at them for a couple minutes one decided to ask me what I wanted. I called ahead and order was ready. Got a pizza and hamburger dinner. Pizza was disgusting burger was ok. Wouldn’t go back.

Food is good but I will never go there again. Terrible customer service. And one of the guy yells at me and speaking in other languages because I posted a freaking photo of the restaurant. So I’ve spent a lot of money there. But disrespect me and I’ll never go back. There is a civilized way to talk to people. All they had to do is talk to me nicely. I have taken the picture down and they will never see another DIME from me!!!

Ahhhh I loved this place when I used to go to middle school right behind Harry’s with the little shortcut from the back woods :) Oh childhood memories! It’s only been what? 5 Years since I went to middle school but I can remember the good times of spending time in the winter and summer. Now I come here once in a while even though I live near by. My friends and I always ordered a slice of pizza and a can of soda and to top that off was the Italian Ice/slushes(The bomb Slush)! It was BOMB! I had the steak and cheese a few times and it was pretty decent, ooey gooey cheese and juicy steak shredded up in a toasty sub! The fries here were always crunchy(except for that one time where the place was super packed and they were rushing with frying their french fries). The seafood platter was what my mom always ordered; she loved the coleslaw that came with it too. The seafood to me was on and off sometimes. It could taste fresh and great and sometimes it will taste… old. The pizza had an amazing mix of cheese and seasoning! The crust was always super crunchy and a bit thin but I like it that way. The staff were always friendly and welcoming! The owner Harry was there a lot, now a days I don’t see him often but I remember he was a cool guy and so were his staff. They always gave us an extra treat of some sort and it was nice!
