Quesadilla wasn’t as amazing as I thought it would be not enough cheese to hold it together. The tropical twister hands down best drink ever loved it plus it’s bottomless. My aunt tho didn’t have that great of time with her food. She ordered waffles and chicken tenders. The chicken was hot the waffles were really cold. Then they made her another waffle but it was burnt all on the bottom. Thankfully they didn’t charge us for that meal. The staff was superb. 5 for their service my serve was amazing she was super helpful and genuine. The manager aka lady running the show was super sweet and totally felt for my Aunt and how she was unhappy and without an issue held it down and relaid the message to the kitchen which was awesome cause it showed they cared because it was a rush of people in the house! But overall I was glad.

My family just started a tradition of going out for breakfast each month. While we try to support the local moms and pops, we find ourselves going back to iphop. It’s a nice place for children. Breakfast menu has plenty of dishes to choose from. Service is very quick. There’s parking. Prices are ok but everything outweighs it! We are going back monthly.

They’ve renovated the interior but it doesnt really change anything since a restaurant is about service and food more. I think it looked fine before. ANYWAYS, Went in for sit down breakfast about an hour before work. Usually they take a while but on that day, i ordered, got my food, ate AND left in under 45 minutes! Much quicker than it used to be!

Surprised that so many people have had bad experiences — although the complaint about the place being chaotic and with a long wait for the Shopzilla showing up on *National Pancake Day* just left me with a WTF? Anyway, in sharp contrast to the indy diner a couple blocks away(and I’m normally a huge diner fan), this IHOP is clean, bright and comfortable. Seating is ample, we’ve had decent service, we’ve never had to wait long to be seated, and we’ve had respectable breakfasts at respectable prices. I’ve no idea about their dinner options, but since it’d never occur to me to have *dinner* at a pancake house, I’m unlikely to gain any. Sheesh, folks, if you want steak dinners, go to a steak house, ‘kay? One caveat for those of you who might show up late night: while the location is open until midnight, it’s been a bit of a trouble-magnet: when I lived in Quincy, the police blotter published in the local weekly paper had frequent reports of dark hours incidents from the local hoodlums.

This is my go to IHOP. I never have anything except breakfast here because I love the French toast that much. I would give it five stars, but somedays I find myself waiting for a table even when it’s slow because the host is missing.

We always have a good time at IHOP. We order the same thing each time so I guess that’s what makes us happy. Blueberry pancakes, cinna stack, and buttermilk pancakes. Eggs bacon sausage hash browns and corn beef hash. We were full. Service was good. Another party came in and gave the staff a hard time, ate half their meal, complained and then walked out. So cruddy. They handled it well. Waitressing is not easy these days when everyone wants something for free. Cheers IHOP

1 star for our waiter, 1 star for the free pancakes. So we went here for National Pancake Day and I get that it’s going to be chaotic but regardless, the environment was just messy and crazy. I went with a group of friends and the wait was about 25 minutes? We ordered some hot chocolate and a few entrees along with our free pancakes. The waiter gave us bigger mugs for our hot chocolate which was very nice of him; apparently his other table complained about the size of the hot chocolate so that’s why he gave us a bigger portion. +1 Everything else was just gross though. Especially the bathroom. I don’t think I’ll ever come here again unless it’s Free Pancake Day again.

Hey! It’s IHOP! What ccan I say! I sure do wish they would have pumpkin pancakes year round and not just in the Fall! But, I’ve been here twice in the past 4 months and the waitresses here are very nice and they get you in and out very fast. BUT, this place is super expensive! Damn! Pancakes and an eggs. come on! Forty dollars. DAMN! But, I must say. super fast and actually pretty damn good!

Okay, IHOP does not have the best food in the world, nor do they have the best service either, but when you crave for IHOP, there is no one stopping you from coming here. That’s the case for me. Let me tell you about the first time I came to this particular IHOP location. It was 10PM and it was really empty. We were the only ones there. Host seated us right away. Waiter came and OHMYGOODNESS he reeked of marijuana, like it just hit me in the face. It’s so unprofessional! It’s no big deal if I smelled it anywhere else, but at a restaurant… no…at least try to cover it up you know? It gives such a bad impression. Ugh lucky the food was satisfying. The second time I came here was yesterday(Monday, Feb2) the day of the snowstorm). My bf and I entered the door and there was no hostess. Instead, we see some of the employees get up from their booth and stared at us for 5 minutes. Hello??? I didn’t come here for a staring contest. They seated us and waiter came to our table and stared some more. What?! Shouldn’t you be the one talking first?! After we got the food, he kept coming to our table ever so often!!! I finally got the hint that he wanted us to go because of the storm. My bf and I were just chilling and picking our food because we were still working on it. The waiter kept asking me if I wanted the food to be packed up as if he were insisting it. I asked them what time they were closing and they said 4PM… it was only 3PM. He made a face when I told him I wanted to sit and digest a little before going. Anyways long story short, his name is Julio I think, and he is the absolute worst. I hate waiters who rush you to get you out of a restaurant. I understand if it was busy andif we stayed past closing time, but my bf and I braved the storm just to eat at IHOP and we get this kind of service in return? He is so lucky I wasn’t the one tipping him. My bf is too generous. The Brighton location is so much better.

Obviously not trying to be too critical of places like IHOP but the short waiter we had and the hostess were not that helpful. We came here because the lady wanted some stacks with ice cream. It took us some time to decide but once we found out there wasn’t any more ice cream we told the waiter we wanted to do to go. I guess he was upset and quickly took the menus then told us we have to order at the front. When we left we overheard him told another table that he’s sorry for being late because a table was holding him up. Okay? That was weird but either way not the friendliest IHOP I been to.

This is always an okay spot to catch a quick breakfast meal. The quality is always consistent. It’s always crowded so plan on waiting to be seated.

I don’t usually frequent Ihop in general, I’ve never been a fan, however that is just my opinion. I just came home from a long vacation a few weeks ago, and seeing that money is tight, cheap date nights are welcome. While on vacation I did visit an Ihop in California, good meal, friendly service, the receipt offered a survey with a coupon for a FREE short stack of pancakes. I took the survey, because well I’m broke and free is for me. Now that I’m home and the coupon is soon to expire, my boyfriend and I decided to use the coupon for a cheap date night dinner. Before even ordering I made sure to ask if the coupon was valid for use seeing as how I received it in California, I was assured several times it was and they are used all the time. With that said, we ordered and ate our food. Once we went to pay, I was the told that no, that they no longer offer/honor that coupon. Excuse me?! I specifically asked prior to ordering and was told it was. Not for nothing Ihop, I think for the sake of good quality customer service you could honor my $ 5.00 coupon. Nicely done. You do realize I’m now angry and will tell EVERYONE I know about the lack of customer service you present. With that said, meal was what you pay for, nothing special, but our server was polite minus the fact that she apparently doesn’t know what offers the company accepts. Never going back!

This placed is always packed! However they get to you pretty quickly I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes to get a table. Once you’re in there’s a lot of breakfast offers and of course you’re not getting a Gourmet meal here but it’s good and it’s fast and the pancakes at IHOP just can’t be beat! When I’m in need of my IHOP fix I head down here and get my fill! There is also plenty of parking which is nice considering other ihops I have been to always seem to have small lots. Enjoy!

My little boy loves pancakes. I have visited this location a few times and have decided that it will no longer be a locale for me in the future. If only the servers can get in their heads that the customers are the reasons why they are employed. The food is below average and the people working there is a hit or a complete miss. I have had enough!

Slow. As. F**k. Just gave up and left. No interaction for 15 minutes and the place was barely half full. Not worth the time.

IHOP is pretty much IHOP. I love the younger servers, they are a lot of fun, they hustle, work hard, and try to keep you happy. The more mature ones tend to get cranky and testy, I keep on walking by if I see them working. My only issues are sticky tables(too much maple syrup), but most importantly is crossing to their side of street if you are a pedistrian, it is not IHOPs fault, but poor planning on the part of Quincy, the«new road»(Hammond Parking Way) is piss poor planning on best and a pretty deadly intersection, there have already been several fatalaties since they put that road in, so I do not patronize IHOP or any of the businesses around there as much as I like because sometimes it is too damn scarry to cross the intersections because cars go too fast, they turn on red lights(even when you have a pedisitrian light). It is the traffic that detracts from it, if it was safe to cross the street I would happily give it the full 5 stars. I do not think it is good for kids based on the volume, speed, and aggressivness of the traffic, not because of IHOP itself.

This place is well, okay. Service is great and all, and on that end, I’ve never had an issue. Although I’ve gotten sick a few times after eating here. I’m not sure if it’s the oil or what… but my body’s not a fan, and won’t be back here for a while. Too bad because I love the pancakes.
