An outstanding move from Quincy to the Chicago suburbs.
Was quoted what I thought was a fair price. After the truck was loaded quickly and competently by the three man crew, it was weighed. I got a call that my final charge was twenty percent LOWER than the original estimate.
The driver and crew were friendly, professional, efficient, and took great care of my worldly possessions.

I got a letter in the mail on the 27th of the month telling me that on the 1st they are increasing their prices $ 10 a month and will automatically bill me. I think that giving less than a week notice of a 25% rent increase is really bad customer service. I hadn’t even moved my stuff in 6 months ago. Had they been honest up front that they were going to be the most expensive in town I would have gone somewhere else.
