Ended up here on «accident,» and it was a pleasant surprise. The soup was fantastic(clam chowder and minestrone), the fennel crusted pork tenderloin and chicken parm were great, and our server was very personable and fun. I overheard people talking about their Sunday brunch, and it sounds like they have quite the following for it. The restaurant is cozy and the personnel are super welcoming. I’d definitely come back here!

Found them on Unilocal and thought why not. The restaurant is very small inside but so lovely. They offer wonderful weekly specials and weekend linen tabled dinners at the same price. I truly enjoyed my dining experience. I had the shrimp scampi. Wouldn’t have again but the amount of beautiful shrimp they give you is amazing. My waiter was Monarch and he goes truly above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is the best.

Delicious food. Great service. Much of the food is made on site from scratch. The grilled chicken sandwich was juicy and on great bread. Fries are awesome and homemade soup was full of goodness. Our waitress was funny, sweet and attentive.

We’ve been trying to eat here for a while. We finally made it in on a early Saturday evening. The food was bland. The soup was watery and the meat was tuff. There were nice linen table clothes with plastic cups. It was odd. The space was nice and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Perhaps the chef was gone for Thanksgiving.

An absolute cozy gem in Racine. Located in a small strip mall and only 12 tables in a warmly decorated space. The chef prepared entrees are fresh and delicious and well worth the price. It was lunch time, but they accommodated us with dinner options which are all made fresh and fully customizable for any palate or food allergen, including a zucchini based pasta. I had the lasagna and my fiancé had the seafood medley frutte di mare. I would write a long diatribe on how everything from the salad to the entrée were spectacular, but it truly would not do it justice because the server, Rachel, and chef, Lisa, created an almost perfect dining experience. I highly recommend and encourage people to try out this wonderful gem.

Great lasagna with sweet Italian sausage(very generous portion). Really unique and tasty bruschetta on crispy flour tortilla chips; a must try! Very reasonable prices. We’ll be back.

We live in the area and consider this restaurant our home away from home. They know us, we know them; it feels like extended family. Service is great, and the portion size and value for the price can’t be beat. I especially love the zucchini noodle versus traditional pasts-its a healthy alternative. At times, the service and speed have been spotty-but that was because there was a party of 300,000 in the house at the time. They were caught off guard, so no blame was given. They did they best they could. I do wish there were more opportunities for vegetarians for a dinner choice. While I’m a pescetarian, I would like something more bean or alternative protein in the menu-just my .2 worth. My husband and I always hope this little gem stays open and thrives. I am not giving it a five star review because its not a five star restaurant, but its as good as it gets for the quality and the price.

Excellent food and friendly service in a cozy atmosphere. I have eaten here multiple times and just realized that I had never reviewed Bella Cibo. I love to eat here. The food is always of the highest standard and the lasagna is the best ever. The prices are very reasonable, including the wine list and even better on their midweek budget meals. I highly recommend that you give this restaurant a try.

Food is great, service impeccable and we have been treated like family. You should see the fried chicken special! You can feed your family for less than it takes to cook. I recommend trying everything. A hidden gem.

Stopped in for Dinner. Ordered Lasagne and a Seafood Dish with Clam sauce. Wine with dinner was excellent. Asked for extra red sauce with lasagne. Best description of sauce received would be warm salsa. Seafood dish was bland. Bread & flavored butters were delicious. Asked for more. Received bread. Asked for more butter 3 times. Been home for an hour. Still waiting. Asked for more water. Only got half glass. Is tap water expensive? We were seated near a window. It was so drafty and cold we were chilled to the bone. We heard another table of guests say it was taking too long. Just pack our dinner to go. My husband and I left saying quietly wonder if this place will still be open 6 months from now?.. .

Very friendly service. Nice clean cozy atmosphere. The food was very good and fresh tasting, except the bread. It was a bit stale, but the had flavored butters that came with it. The Parmesan crusted chicken was very good. I’m usually not a minestrone person, but even that was delicious. The homemade butter pecan ice cream was worth getting part of dinner boxed!

Wonderful Sunday breakfast. I had the best omelet I have ever eaten, and my husband had the best eggs benedict he’s ever had. Cudos, cudos cudos!!! Not a place to go for fast food. The entries seem to each be made individually, by someone who loves cooking. It’s small, but the atmosphere is perfect.
