Kenosha, WI
Service is slow slow and slow. Waited a total of 1hr before we got any food. I like the Kenosha one better. We got seated at 5:30 didn’t get drinks until 6, food didn’t get come until around 6:30. We had to hurry and eat as we had a movie at 7. Ended up getting to go boxes for majority of our wings.
I’m easy to please so the fact that the service was this slow is a statement. I will not be returning.
Also if you didn’t know the policy has changed on Tuesday. No more $ 0.65 wings. Only half price wings on they way they serve the wings now.

More times then not the service is slow and have to wait for refill on drinks. Also noticed people turn away when they see the sign on door for no conceal carry. Sham on the management!

Food is great but service was rude and horrible. I ordered carry out and when I came to pick up my order I was welcome with a «waz up» I could tell the server was in a bad mood. Because after I got my order wrong and ask her politely is she could fix it she told me I was wrong then threw the order in the counter .
As a restaurant manager costumer service it’s a must. Pls hire educated ppl

One of our favorite restaurants. We always request Tony as our waiter. He is a phenomenal, attentive server. Love the food. Love the game tablets. Love the managers and Captains walking around to make sure we are taken care of. Average prices. The people make it an awesome place to eat!

Pretty much the worst service I’ve ever had in a fast food joint. I’d never come back. Also the tzaziki sauce is ranch. Great.

I don’t much like reviewing huge megachains. This place is good. Big beers. Wings. I like the fish tacos, too. Favorite sauces: Asian zing, Thai curry, & mango habanero. Put the salt&malt vinegar powder on the fries!

Just your normal BWW. Went in for dinner with a few friends. Friendly staff, our food came pretty quick as well which was awesome due to how many people were there. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom was kinda dirty.

I had two good experiences and one not so good one. I wish I had written down the names of the people that waited on me, but I neglected to write them down.
The food was good, except the teriyaki wasn’t right. That is, it didn’t taste right. It didn’t taste like it had gone bad. It tasted more like it was made wrong.
The medium buffalo sauce is pretty good.
The two female servers I had were great. The one male server I had paid very little attention to me. I would have loved to get more bleu cheese to dip the wings in, and more napkins would have been great, but it was near impossible to flag him down.

average B-​Dubs, really. although they do have the Chive’s beer (KCCO!) — other than that … I came here for beer and some NHL on TV. got both — left happy.

Full disclosure… my husband LOVES Buffalo Wild Wings and I do not. He was so excited when Racine got one. I was less so.
We generally get wings to go instead of dining in. We had a couple of messed up orders here and there, but they are improving with time.
It’s a pretty solid location. The staff is friendly an attentive and the food is like every other BWW.

I went here for lunch with my sons
The décor is cool a lot of TV’s, a lot of things to look at. I have never been there before so it was cool in that sense.
The service was good but over all the wings were mediocre at best, they have a lot of different sauce’s you can chose from but there just not that great. I feel there over priced but your paying for the name and not for the one thing that should stand out THE WINGS.
