This will be a bunch of lathery, warm fuzzies, as I know and love the entire staff, here. 90% of the time, this is the place to be. Sometimes, it’s wall to wall with no one I know, and I’m like what? And whoa! But, when it’s dead it’s awesome! I know all the bartenders, so it’s a great place to have free reign of.
It’s also great on show nights. Really, for the last few years, it’s the best place to see local music.
The back patio has been host to many of my greatest downtown moments (including exotic fruit day), and I love being part of that kind of silliness.
Big ups to the whole staff! See ya soon!

Love this corner bar in the middle of main street downtown. Friendly bartenders and reasonable prices in a historic building with a mural from the 40’s and an original tin ceiling

Elmhurst, IL
A nice dark bar with free popcorn and pool on certain nights. Conveniently located on Main Street there is ample parking on Sunday nights and other week nights. The bar has a cool feel with cheap drinks and not alot of seating. There are many bars that remind me of this bar located in Chicago and Lincoln tap room in one that pops up first. Popcorn could be more fresh though
