Cory, the owner of Next Day Stamps, should be the example of how to provide customer service for all small business owners. I was given a project at the last minute that included a requirement that a number of customer struck presentation coins be engraved for presentation. On a Saturday morning. prior to the Tuesday event, I called Cory out of the blue and, after listening to me explain my predicament, he said he could take care of it immediately. I met Cory at his shop and as we discussed the job, showed me the myriad of options available and his prior work I was impressed enough to leave the design up to him; my trust was not misplaced. Four hours later Cory called me, said the order was ready and I could pick up the coins. When I arrived Cory had exceeded my expectations. The coins, difficult at best to engrave, were perfectly done. I can’t thank Cory enough. The coins were wonderfully completed, and Cory’s prices are very reasonable. One more point I’d like to make, Cory opened his shop on a Saturday, took the time to show me his shop, equipment, examples of his work and the process he would be using to engrave the coins. All this to ensure I was comfortable working with him. I can’t say enough good things about Cory and Next Day Stamps. Thanks Cory!

Cory at Next Day Stamps is my new long-distance best friend and my personal hero. Due to a fairly silly set of personal circumstances, I called on a Wednesday afternoon, desperate for a customized stamp to arrive at my house by Friday. Here’s what Cory did: 1. Said YES.(I called four other shops around the country… they said«No» or «No way» or «Probably not» or «We’ll call you back.») 2. Called to let me know when my artwork came out a little blurry. 3. When I didn’t answer right away, and the shipping deadline neared — he redesigned the stamp himself, to look as much as possible like the design I’d sent him. 4. Sent me proofs, waited for my feedback, then redesigned AGAIN… still before the shipping deadline. 5. Created my stamp, stamped it a couple times on a white sheet of paper, and emailed me the image, just to make sure it was exactly right. 6. Shipped it to me next-day express, with hour-to-hour tracking. 7. After all that extra effort… gave me a discount, and threw in a little smiley face stamp for free. In this day and age, there is something truly miraculous about ordering a product online, calling the customer service number, and speaking directly with the owner of the company. I’ve never needed a Next Day Stamp before… but if I ever need one again, I know who to call.
