Nice and Clean with Great Customer service! Everything ordered came out fresh and tasty. Better alternative to Fast Food Fried everything.

They got rid of the turkey artichoke panino. Dumb. They changed their set-​up so that you can’t give fake names there anymore. Lame.
The bread products are awesome!
The soups are really good!
The sandwiches are ok.
Bring back the turkey artichoke!

Always a good meal and done right. Can never go wrong here. Service is always friendly and is very quick.

I purchase lunches from Panera Racine for customer meetings. Today I used the rapid pickup for the first time. I put a note on the order to mark each bag with what was in each individual bag, this way I don’t need to pick through each bag to see what’s in them. I ordered 10 lunches and when I got back to the office I only had 9 lunches. When picking up I did not have time to look through the bag of multiple lunches. When I picked up my salad all I got was a «sorry». The food is good and fresh but they need to slow down and take their time when making these rapids pick up orders as my was not a rapid pickup because I had to drive back to the place and get the missing salad.

Food is pretty good for a chain restaurant. The problems revolve around the customer service. Last weekend my wife order through the rapid pick up system and kept getting an error message, when she called she got a tremendously rude person who questioned her abilities to use the rapid pick up system. When I went to pick up I wanted some additional items and the staff was put off. I checked my order and it was wrong so I asked them to provide me the two soufflé’s. The worker actually questioned if I was wrong and then asked me what I wanted done? Ummm make the order right.
Today again my wife ordered ahead and was given a time. I went to pick it up and there was a longer wait. Connie who was the same rather rude person last week was waiting to help me again. The next customer in line asked for one of the items I was trying to pick up and Connie points at me and says «he bought them all, it’ll be a half hour.» Uncomfortable is the way I felt. Why does a chain run out when you are ordering 6 – 7 soufflés and Connie always have such a poor attitude and customer service skills.
Done I’ll stick to other local places for breakfast.

The have an amazing pastry/​bread selection in addition to regular food. Their «Pick Two» option is great! By far, the best chicken noodle soup and chicken sandwich I have ever had!
While their pricing is a bit more expensive than your average fast food restaurant, the food is far better for you and well worth the price.
This particular location draws a very large lunch crowd so plan on arriving early to get a good seat. Otherwise, get your order to go.
I can’t wait to try the café in my area!

Decent place for coffee, bagels, maybe a breakfast sandwich, but it can get really busy and some of the service staff could use hearing aids and a lesson in english even though it appears to be their first language.

I have always enjoyed a bagel from here and never had a problem. Today I get the Asian Chicken salad and get food poisoning. NOT GOOD…
