The friendliest and most helpful service anywhere. They are attentive to online customers and take care to follow up on any question or issue until it is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. There are a lot of e-tailers who give good service, but Rogans customer care is superior to any I have experienced. Their website is very easy to use, provides a great selection, and the shipping time is very fast. Will be a continued customer and recommend to others.

You rock my world Rogans!
I’ve been here a number of times, as this location is closest to my office, it’s easy to swing by on my way home. The retail floor is a bit cluttered and the store is definitely «aged» but the staff here is super helpful and has always gone out of their way to help me find something.
BOGO deals are great as I can often times get two pairs of shoes for what I’d pay for one at Foot Locker. And, I’m always down for the only place that carries Bob & Brian CD’s (side note: B&B show is the only thing that makes my hellish commute to work not make me want to kill someone but damn — who the hell buys CD’s anymore?!)
I am a big supporter of Rogans and will continue to patronize them over any of the mall stores any day!
