I went in to tell Oscar about my tattoo idea. I wanted him to come up with professional concepts, which is why I had to pay him a $ 20 deposit. I understand why the deposit in non-​refundable because no one would want to work for free but since there are places where I’m from that’ll do concepts for free I would rather go there. This review isn’t a critique of Oscars work at all; the tattoos posted around the place looked professional and I’m sure he does good work.
Edit: I was pretty pissed off from so much other shit while writing this so I apologize for being rude but I still don’t agree with the policy mainly because other tattoo shops in Cali do concepts for free but understandable.
