Have been to many different Taco Bell locations, and this one is one of the worst! The wait time is always long, and there hardly seems to be a reason why. There is never that many people inside, or in the drive thru. This place needs to get it together, and speed it up.

In my bag, on top of my tacos, I found a shredded cigarette butt that looks as though it was picked up out of a puddle in the parking lot. Obviously it was placed in my bag on purpose. I’m not sure if speaking to someone at corporate will matter, but I am disgusted enough to try.

Waiting way too long for «fast food».

Went to this Taco Bell again last weekend and spent a FULL 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. They apologized for the wait, saying they were short-handed and comped us a drink. But I’ve been there several times and it ALWAYS takes forever to make your way up to the window and get your order. Once you get in the line, you’re trapped. There’s no way out! Don’t get me wrong… I love the food. But this has to be the slowest service in the whole fast food nation.

I drive from Chicago to Wisconsin and back a few times a month, and there are many food destinations on my route. I continue to return to this Taco Bell, however, because the outstanding customer service completely blows my mind.
On my last visit, I realized I need to Unilocal immediately. After Stephanie and I ordered the fiesta potatoes (Taco Bell’s vegetarian options are our fast food weakness, even the stranger offerings) we waited a few minutes up at the window. After a short time, the cashier leaned his head out and apologized profusely for the wait. Apparently they had to start fresh potatoes for us. He then gave us free dessert, mints, and a hand sanitation wipe.
What is a Taco Bell even doing with mints and hand sanitation wipes?!
