Went their for a snack because we werent going to eat for awhile cause we were busy. We asked for 2 empanadas and only got one then on the nachos their was like no chicken. Also on burrito no steak and on quesadilla no chicken.

I’m not fancy or picky, but the service here can be terrible. I don’t mind waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru late at night. I get it there aren’t many options on the northside after 9pm. But how can you have like 11 ingredients and still screw the order up. We never even have special requests. …it’s off the menu?!
I love they monitor their stores by asking me to do a survey and the cashier takes the time to persuade me to take this survey. I literally have to sit and check everything before I pull away. I unfortunately have started keeping track because it’s so frequent.
Maybe if you didn’t screw so many orders up you could improve the drive thru wait. JUST A THOUGHT.

Best fast food service in Racine! The employees are well trained and very friendly. The food is standard Taco Bell, which I will always love even though it’s not authentic Mexican, which I also love. Very clean as well.
