Crossfit Hard Knox is an amazing box! I have been a member since its opening in 2013. We have great coaches, strong programming. We have crossfit kids classes and Olympic weightlifting classes. We have tons of events and we celebrate all big holidays together in the box. Hard Knox is a great community that suited for all ages. We have athletes who just turned 5 years old and we have athletes who are over 60 years old. My 10 year old son loves crossfit so much that he didn’t want to do anymore sports in Ft. Knox. Crossfit Hard Knox became a second home for tons of military families. This box is awesome!

Yes it is a great workout. And yes the instructors are personable. But buyer beware there is no contract required and in the 3 short months I went for workouts they charged my account different amounts every month. No responses to emails no telephone calls were returned. They seem to change things «effective immediately».
