Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great customer service, great car (Nissan Altima). Even got me to work quickly. Every other place I’ve been, even this one, in times past, it has been quite a wait until they had someone available to take me to work. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental in Radcliff, KY.

This office has the best customer service that I have experience in the recent years. I rent cars 7 to 8 times a year and by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Meh. Had to get a rental here, as this was the only rental source in the Etown area covered by the policy of the person who hit my parked car.
I got what amounted to a plastic container with an electric egg beater powering the engine. At least it had a roof to protect from the rain, I guess. Got terrible mileage and literally loosened my fillings anytime the vehicle got above 45 mph. And that was with (supposedly) less than a thousand miles on the odometer.
Each time, I waited well over a half hour for staff to assist with assigning /​transitioning vehicles, though there was never more than one customer in the office. To swap a single car located roughly one mile from the rental location took well over 45 additional minutes (and that’s when everything had already been paid for, signed out, etc.). Yeah. Really. And I’d made appointments ahead of time. Plus, the painful ten minutes I spent chatting with the back-​of-​house-​staff (I think he was a car detailer) who got volun-​told to drive me back to the dealership, who brought on some serious side-​eye and worry that he might have access to my paperwork (which included driver’s license info, which, of course, has a home address listed). He kept asking me about where I lived, whether I had local family, how I spent my time. Really. Sheesh. Who does that??? Well, this guy, I guess.
Hope I never need to rely on them to «pick me up» again. Unless I’ve adopted an Irish Wolfhound by then… Hmmm…

Had a family emergency, and my car wasn’t going to be up to the trip. The Budget rent-​a-​car office told me I’d have to come back later, but Enterprise had me out the door 15 minutes after walking in. Will definitely return if I need another rental.
