Beware!
I received a bill out of the clear blue nearly a year after an alleged treatment with a threat of referral to collections. When I disputed the bill, Eriksen either could not or would not provide substantiating documentation to show I was treated on the date claimed on the bill. When I asked to speak with Dr Eriksen to determine the validity of the bill, was told by his corporate staff that he refused as he was «trying to run a business.»
