DONOTSTAYHERE!!! Infested with BEDBUGS!!! General Manager Ernest thought hes doing me a favor by changing my room and hung up on me over the phone. What a great manager he is! No wonder his hotel is sub par. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint.

Horrible experience. My family planned a vacation 2 months in advance to stay 3 nights. I requested a first floor room because my son has asthma and it was confirmed when I pre booked my stay. When arriving at the hotel I was told they only had 1 room for my family on the 5th floor. Take it or leave it. They didn’t care either way. As I complained another couple was checking out. They were complaining of having bed bugs and telling the manager they have it on video. He gave them some kind of discount but didn’t argue with them. That made us feel warm and fuzzy also. Breakfast was gross… who serves turkey sausage? It was like eating rubber bands. The swimming pool is very tiny. Ah the best part of the stay was trying to drive into their lot for the first time. Good Luck!!! Their intrance is a joke. We will never stay at this hotel again… seriously considering never staying at Best Western again. They have lost all since of customer care in my opinion.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff. The room we received(King Suite with a sleeper sofa) was amazingly clean and comfortable. The pool, despite being chilly, wasn’t crowded and was a nice place to spend a few hours. The staff is courteous and helpful; no questions or looks when we asked for extra sheets, pillows and toilet paper. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful when we asked about the nearby city of New York City. The hotel is conveniently located with many places to eat nearby.(Burger King, McDonalds, Dunkin’ Donuts, White Castle.) The continental breakfast was nice.(I was even greeted with a «Good Morning» upon entering the tidy, nice breakfast area.) They offered eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. Overall, it’s a great hotel for a nice price. I recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or with family.

A multi-story Best western located just a mile from the Rahway station with a Mac Donald and Burger King close to it. The hotel is clean with large rooms and a superb service. You get a full free breakfast in the morning. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee unit in the room. Flat screen TV, ironing iron and hair dryer are all provided. Free wifi… More furniture then any Hilton Hotels room and four table lamps, couches, chair and tables. I loved this hotel and of course will use them again.

My stay here was very pleasant. We stayed for a total of 7 nights. We very much enjoyed the use of a refrigerator and microwave in the room at no additional charge. Also lots of space and the room did not feel cramped. The breakfast was very good for this type of hotel and the young lady that worked in this area was very friendly and obviously worked very hard. I would see her around the hotel and she was always hard at work. While overall the stay was very good, there were just a couple of bumps. While out of the room one day, I called my room to speak to my travel mate and was surprised when a woman answered the phone. When I asked if I had the correct room, she answered in a testy voice that she was cleaning. I don’t feel that the housekeeping staff should be answering the guest’s phone. It was an uncomfortable feeling and also didn’t allow me to leave a message on the phone. The other issue was that I had more than one reservation at the hotel for subsequent stays. I did arrange in advance to have the same room blocked for all 3 reservations so we would not have to move during our stay. I was disturbed on the first day of my second stay, despite the do not disturb sign, due to a lack of communication with staff that I was not checking out that day. More effort should be made to communicate with housekeeping staff when guests are not checking out when expected. Also, I arranged for late checkout on our final day. The front desk attendant assured me that she made a note that we would have 12:30 checkout. Yet again, we were disturbed by the front desk at 11:10 advising us that we had passed the checkout time. I advised them that we had already made arrangements for late checkout. Unfortunately that information did not get passed on. In summary, it was a very pleasant stay even with a few minor glitches and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Location is awesome! Food all around(White castle, Checkers, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald’s etc) The rooms are very clean and the hotel maintains neatness and there customer service is good. The Spanish female mgr is on point. When my family and I stood there along time ago the power went out and she gave us a discount for our next stay and relocated for free. I still went back to stay again. There 15 minutes over the Verrazano bridge driving and bam back in Brooklyn. Tolls will get you for a grip if you come back and forth all day but hey what doesn’t in NYC . I Would recommend this Hotel to all!
