Better Catering by T & L Caterers

My wife and I recently booked T&L for our sons birthday party of about 70 adults and children. The food was absolutely delicious, the sausage and peppers in particular. The staff of four people were incredibly accommodating. The party went off without a hitch and the wait staff and bartender were on top of everything. We even had some leftovers for the next day. On top of great food and service, the prices were very fair and reasonable. Overall, I would definitely recommend T&L Catering for your next party.

As I sit here enjoying plentiful leftovers from a party catered last night by T & L Catering, I can’t make up my mind whether to eat the Chicken Francaise, the beef tips with mushrooms, or the pork loin, I think I’ll have some of each. We thoroughly enjoyed the elegant buffet they presented, all at very reasonable prices. I chose T & L because of price, I will use them again, because the food was terrific. We also enjoyed the appetizers of assorted cheeses and Italian kabobs made with mozzarella, salami, tomatoes and olives. Our only criticism was the paella. While delicious and authentic, it didn’t have enough seafood in it. Otherwise I highly recommend T & L Catering.

The owner and his daughter were great to work with. And all of our guest stated that the appetizers were very good. Unfortunately, our entrée’s tasted nothing like the colorful and seasoned to perfection food that my husband and I sampled months before when we hired T&L. The food was beyond bland and cold at our wedding and more than half of our guest left a ton of food on their plates; including my husband and I. We had raved to everyone how good the food was expected to be, so we were extremely disappointed with the end result.

I’ve used T & L a number of times and have never been disappointed. Their food is reasonably priced and the quality is very good. I work in the entertainment business so I’ve been in nearly every banquet facility in the state. There have been many places I’ve worked at that don’t deliver the same quality at double T & L’s prices. Just bear in mind that there are a few extra expenses that are tacked on to the menu prices but then again every place does that sort of thing these days.

Used Leon’s Catering/T&L Catering (Not entirely sure of their name?) for a surprise party I threw for ~25 guests. The company is very professional and polite. I called with less than a weeks notice and there was no hesitation or problem with my request whatsoever.
The food was delivered exactly on time and the delivery person helped set up everything and was also very professional.
The food was very well received by my guests — everyone complimented the catering and asked where I got it from. Of course, this isn’t «gourmet» food, but the selections I chose were very reasonable and tasty and as mentioned everyone was full and happy. Also, I ordered food for 27 people, had about 25 guests, and there were way, way too many leftovers… And I’m fairly sure that everyone chowed down. So, in case you are nervous about having not enough food… don’t be.
Overall, I’d definitely use this caterer again for a similar event.
