I really don’t see a problem with this KFC location. I will agree with the drive thru being a little slow. I had a craving for some fried chicken after my class, so I came to this location. There was one car ahead of me when I pulled in, and by the time I pulled up to order, it was gone already. The man I’m assuming the manager placed my order and was very nice. I did wait a little long for my food but I wasn’t in a rush. When it came, he had a big smile and said go enjoy the rest of my day. Food is always good. Give them another chance!

Whatever happened to service with a smile, the attendant was not helpful or happy with his job, now I’m starting to understand why there are starting to be less KFC’s, not only does the service stink, but they are over priced, with so many chicken joints in the area, you would think that someone would have given them the memo, «lower your prices & give service with a smile or the consumer will go elsewhere!» Oh well I guess next time I’ll go to Popeyes or better yet«Boston Market» since it’s healthier & right across the street.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Probably the worst to eat, asked for mashed potatoes through the drive thru and only got gravy… It’s better to walk yourself over to Wendy’s and eat there. I’d rather die.

It’s really sad when a place whose main focus is chicken can’t tell the difference between a thigh and a wing. I love wings, thighs not so much. Counter guy was pleasant and friendly but he’s also the one who filled my order and screwed it up! Of course I didn’t realize it until I got home. Filled out their online survey and no one contacted me either. I need to find another KFC where hopefully they have a clue and know what the various chicken parts are!

The floors counter and general appearance of the store was grimy. The men’s room was out of soap. None of the employees were particularly courteous other than one woman who at least smiled and spoke in a friendly way. I asked a different woman at the register for three piece grilled chicken meal. She walked away, came back and told me that it would be a 10 minute wait to get the grilled. So I asked for the regular chicken. I waited about 15 minutes. While I waited — I watched numerous people return their orders because their orders came out wrong or had missing items. Other people waiting with me in line complained about the terrible service and wong orders. I found that the ice machine had no ice so I asked an employee to put ice in my soda cup. She took my cup by grabbing the inside of the cup with her bare hand. The girl from the register put my order in a box but from around back where I could not see her — I thought this was odd. She was out of view for some time. When she came back around — she handed my meal to another employee who asked her if it was a white meat meal. The register woman said yes. I was given my meal. My order was for a three piece white meal to go. When I got home and open the box — I found three thighs. I threw out my KFC dinner.. Because of this incident — I am even suspicious of what the register woman was doing with my meal when she was out of my site. She absolutely knew it was dark meat when she told the other employee that it white meat.

never again. counter person had an attitude that she could not have cared less. no spoken words. no eye contact. the place overall is shabby. torn seats, peeling wallpaper and cold. the music(which I realize is subjective) was awful and not appropriate. it was some kind of new age adult alternative genre. a very unpleasant dining experience. i will never return.

Don’t come here. Waist of time. Waited 5 min in the drive thru. No answer. Come to the front and she says she forgot to turn the drive through voice box back on. Then they don’t have anything you want. It’s Friday and you don’t have any potato wedges. Come on people close this place down

We all know that being American is believing that an accent is a bad thing, but has American ignorance spilled into food choices? KFC’s grilled chicken can’t light a candle to even the worse of the small Spanish/Portuguese Churrasqueiras, Oprah’s endorsement notwithstanding. Try your local Churrasqueira. KFC’s grilled chicken — overpriced, boiled chicken taste.

Don’t even waste your time ever going to this KFC. Your time will be much better spent driving a few miles out of your way to another location, and you’ll probably get your food and be on your way much faster too. Not only will you wait FOREVER at the KFC on St. George in Rahway(right by the train tracks where 27 meets 35), but there is a 99.9% chance they will get at least one part of your order wrong. Of course by the time you actually get your food, you’ll probably be too angry to care anymore and just storm out as I have done. The majority of the employees can’t understand a word you’re saying and those that can are incredibly rude and lazy. If you decide not to idle in your car for half an hour in the drive through line, be prepared to stand on line for a while, and then stand around for a long while before you actually get your order. Also be prepared for the dirty un-kept inside of this restaurant… flies make regular appearances. Despite the extremely close proximity to my home and fabulous KFC mashed potatoes, I refuse to go here anymore.
