I ordered a last minute Valentines Day gift on February 3rd, and received it on the 19th. Took a little over two weeks but I did end up receiving it. Tracking is down, which is weird and I called and it said they were all busy, also weird. I emailed customer service and received a reply within a day saying it would be an additional few days. Good thing because I was about to call my bank and dispute it. Also, it’s shipped from the UK, not Jersey like I assumed. All in all, I got my package sooner than it seems like others did. Cool place!
