My car was towed here after a collision on the Turnpike. As a Geico customer, I didn’t pick this shop, it was picked for me. Where to start? First, the adjuster missed damage on my car. Then, replaced parts, such as my front bumper, weren’t installed properly on my car. To add insult to injury, Woodbridge Auto Body enjoys Banker’s Hours — they close at 5pm, so when I learned my car was finished, several days after the estimated time for completion, I had to rush to their location to retrieve my car, and driving home is when I learned that they didn’t quite put things back properly, according to the next body shop I went to, they«forgot» to clip the bumper. I don’t like getting work done on my car where people can«forget» to properly secure parts, especially in the wheel wells.

My auto insurance company, GEICO, directed me here to have the plastic bumper replaced on my Acura after my wife backed into a parked car. The GEICO adjuster has an office right on the premises. It took them five days(including the weekend) to obtain the part, paint it, and have me return to complete the installation. I’m only giving them 3 stars because the metallic silver paint used for the new bumper is not an exact color match for my car. It’s not that far off, but the discrepancy caught my eye immediately, and now I have to live with it. It’s not that big a deal, but they really should have been able to match the color more closely, since the car is a 2006 model, less than three years old.
