Pretty tasty, classic roadside diner. I had an open faced half turkey sandwich with mashed taters smothered in gravy. I liked that half a sandwich was an option. Friendly service.

We were driving from Washington, DC to Hico, WV. By the time we stopped here, we were ready to get out of the car. This was the most promising restaurant we came across on the drive, so we stopped. It looks homely from the outside, but don’t let that deter you. You’ll get a hot, good ol’, backwoods kind of meal relatively inexpensively. We split a ½ hot turkey and a turkey club. The hot turkey was smothered in gravy, which is not my thing (didn’t realize it when we were ordering), so my friend ate that, but the turkey club was DELICIOUS! We hit a slow time, so I’m not sure about normal service, but the lady was attentive and really nice.
