I was looking for a massage on Christmas Eve to help my poor back. I was in Raleigh, traveling. I used the Mind Body Connection app to find an appointment. I did, at the Gifted Touch. I was excited. I showed up at the appointment to find the building completely locked. I was very frustrated. Still had a sore back. Did the same thing again, found an appointment at another studio that was open.
Called A Gifted Touch for a refund.
After some back and forth, A Gifted Touch refunded the money. . AFTER they charged a cancellation fee. Can’t imagine why I was charged a cancellation fee when it was their office that was closed!
