I called to schedule a doctors visit for my client and women who schedules the appointments was rude and antagonistic. I was worried about keeping the appointment because how hostile she seemed over the phone, however when we arrived the 2 ladies I came in contact with where very pleasant and the visit went smoothly. I don’t know what happened to the lady who answered the phone but she needs to be trained or at the very least not answer the phones.
