This review covers multiple previous visits in addition to the one I checked in at.
This should be 3.5 stars just for the fact that they have a pretty good furniture section if not way overpriced in my humble opinion.
There’s not much to say about this other than that the staff was pleasant and there are many inexpensive items to spruce up or add to your home. Some of the items are of questionable quality and I have had more than a few kitchen utensils just plain break. They will honor returns but only in exchange for the same item that broke. I have yet to get a refund for any of the items broken. That right there steals a solid 4 away.
All in all if there are random things you need from household cleaning supplies to random decorations then this is your place.

After being open a few years this location has finally changed some of the shelving design around. Electronics was recently moved to another location and the shelving was changed from four short aisles to two longer ones. Food products were moved down a few aisles and pet supplies are now moved apart from the food section. With these changes some of the main traffic aisles are easier to navigate.

This was my first time visiting a Big Lots and I wasnt impressed. I was shocked at how disorganized and cluttered the store was especially for out of state. I would have expected this type of chaoticness in NYC but not in the South. My family and I browsed through the aisles quickly and headed out the door.

Won’t be going back. Love a good bargain but after waiting in line for 10 minutes while the only cashier was waiting on the phone for a credit card authorization & her not calling for any assistance at the front, I decided I’d rather spend a little more at Target but feel that I was valued. Keep in mind that I saw several employees in the aisles marking prices so I know they had the staff to open another register. Place can be full of bargains but if I don’t feel like you want me there, I won’t be there.

Talk about disappointment. Clientele is very rude. Product I normally expect to find at a Big Lots is just not there. I could not find any hot sauces at all.
I lost count of how many times I was literally PUSHED aside and out of the way as someone decided they wanted to get by me. Seriously, folks, I realize the aisles are very narrow, so if you want to get by, just be polite to the fat middle aged gimpy guy who’s in your way without running into him and pushing him out of your way.
