This review is for the PARTSDEPARTMENT specifically… I called the parts department and spoke to Caleb, we needed a new door latch for our 2015THOR Miramar motorhome. The door latch on our motorhome literally broke on 7 Jun 16 and we were staying at the Rocky Mount KOA. They are the only ones in the area(one hour drive to Raleigh) that could get the doorlatch we needed in one day(camping world said it would take about 4 to 5 business days). Caleb was very helpful and patient while we were on the phone and together we found the correct door latch required. He returned my phone calls when necessary and even called me today(8 Jun 16) to tell me that the doorlatch arrived. This is the best parts department I have encountered in our 1+ year on the road with our RV. My only wish would be that there were more Caleb’s working in service departments around the countryside. We had an absolutely awful service experience here, the worst I have ever encountered. They had our motorhome for 5 weeks and less than half the issues were corrected. Poor or no communications the whole time.

We had been so excited to buy our fifth wheel from Plemmons. The reason we chose Plemmons quite honestly were the people… they seemed honest and trustworthy, and committed to service. What a disappointment– no return calls and waiting months to fix warranty issues. Fast forward from our purchase in October to December– We called at 8am to pick up the rv to take on vacation, and had to wait 3 ½ hours in the rain for them to pull it around up front. NOCOMMUNICATION and horrible customer service!
