Beware of hidden charges!
While the customer service was great when I ordered our new lock and door handle, I was shocked at the installation and overall add-​on fees.
I purchased a lock and handle for $ 250, and changed my mind about the color, but was not informed there would be a $ 75 fee for restocking until the bill came. The trip charge was $ 60 which I assumed covered at least some of the labor, but there was an additional $ 90 installation fee. The total came to almost $ 500! I called back to ask for some compensation and they refused to give me any. I would go to R Jacobs Fine Plumbing and Hardware in the future, where customer service is awesome before and after your purchase.

A company with integrity. I acquired a simple safe, and instead of charging me to come out and take a look, they directed me to a cheaper do-​it-​yourself option. I will definitely use this company if I need a locksmith.

Great place to go if you need spare keys made. Glad the can make chipped car keys, saved me the hassle of going to the dealership!

Quick, easy, and got the job done. I needed an uncommon key copied, and after having no luck at a hardware store, they had it done in minutes. Nice staff, easy location to get to.

Went here on a recommendation. Glad I did. Great Service. I had a car key worn down to almost nothing. It took about 25 mins but they were able to figure it out. The bigbox store machines were not able to match the worn key profile, but they were. Vast amounts of key templates, never knew how many there were. I would highly recommend them and they sell safes in the store as well, larger kinds but non the less. Great website, informative!!!

They’ve delivered on every lock ive taken in there. From simple key-​copies to making new keys for a lock, they’re very good. and somewhat quick. They sell a bunch of safes in the showroom, along with a bunch of other locks and gadgets.
