I’ve been several times for a simple order, ice coffee with simple syrup. Usually it’s so-so but today it was mostly milk and the service was horrible, she didn’t speak once, only grunted. There are too many options around to continue going here. Won’t be back.

Really delicious chicken salad sandwich on croissant. I walked over with a colleague the other day. I had never really come here before because I always thought it seemed crowded at lunch time, but the wait was surprisingly short! The desserts made me drool… I was kinda sorry I decided not to get one. But the sandwich was filling and satisfying. I’ll try to make point of returning when I can’t decide what I want for lunch. This is a very solid choice.

It does not take 20 minutes to get a bowl of soup that’s already prepared during lunchtime.

Didn’t expect that many bad reviews. I am from DC but the place was recommend by my host here. My experience was excellent. We had a large group of non english speakers with many questions. The staff was nice, polite and patient. My food was perfect. I had the turkey, avocado sandwich with whole grain and fruit on the side. I loved it!

Decided to try this on my day off — good little place for a quick bite of quality food. I opted for the turkey salad which with drink came to about $ 11. Not cheap, but the salad was plentiful and came with a nice little muffin too. Nothing here to get excited about — just a nice café with sandwiches, soups, and salads. There were some awesome cupcakes and pastries behind the counter which I’d be down for trying on a later visit. Again, three stars is means A-OK — it’s not a bad rating!

Just ok. The food is pretty standard, nothing spectacular or amazing. My order has been wrong several times. I’m not sure why, as I only asked to omit one item. The staff friendliness is hit or miss, depending on whether they are busy or not. For my money, I would rather go across the street to Crema for a sandwich or salad.

Not a bad place to grab a quick bite downtown but, compared it does not compare to the location in Cameron Village. It seemed like they have a smaller version of the Café Carolina menu. The layout is a little confusing as well but this _seems_to be a way of maximizing space for seating. If you are in the mood for something fresh, quick and affordable downtown this is a good choice.

This was a great find. I was on Jury Duty and we took an hour and a half break for lunch. This is a bakery and a coffee shop and a deli. I have to say I got a drink, sandwich, and a bag of chips for $ 6.34. The food was good and a nice place to sit. they had plenty of room, clean and neat. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quick lunch at a great price.
