Best place to live. I have been living here for almost 3 years, the place is so clean, the team and managment are so helpful and profiessional. they work jut for the residents. I will recommend this place for any one looking for comfortable, safe and clean.

Don’t expect the staff to go out of their way to accommodate immediate needs you may have, regardless of the circumstance. When you move out they will find everything and anything to charge you with so expect some additional bills.

Bothell, WA
The apartments themselves are serviceable at this complex, and it is dog friendly. Unfortunately, I found the office response to service requests painfully slow (requiring a lot of time off work and waiting for maintenance). Although the staff is quite personable, they were not terribly helpful when issues with their online system came up. Upon move-​out I was charged for un-​justified cleaning and missing key fees. Overall, the stress of working with the management of this complex was very high, which made living here unpleasant.
